Rules & Guidelines

  1. All New York appointments and questions will need to be made via (347.852.8345)

  2. $50 Deposit sent via Zelle is required to book all New York appointments. Service price remainder will be due on the day of after service is completed.

  3. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hour notice will result in forfeit of deposit.

  4. No children services offered under the age of 10.

  5. Blow dry and shampoo is complimentary with every service excluding haircuts and crochet maintenance services.

  6. Haircuts, extensions, and additional services need to be requested upon booking. Said services will not be available as “add ons” once appointment is in system.
